AITEX is once again attending the SICUR trade fair to showcase all the certification and laboratory testing services it offers for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). SICUR is one of the leading national fairs for professionals in occupational risk prevention, safety, and workplace health.

AITEX is a Notified Body No. 0161 for Regulation (EU) 2016/425 on Personal Protective Equipment, which establishes the essential health and safety requirements that PPE must comply with. AITEX certifies protective clothing, hand and arm protection, respiratory protection, head protection, eye and face protection, and fall protection.
The accreditation covers EU type-examination certificates (Module B); conformity to type based on internal production control plus supervised product checks at random intervals (Module C2); and conformity to type based on the quality assurance of the production process (Module D).
