FIRE PERFORMANCE LABORATORY
The Institute analyses and evaluate how fire affects the materials used in the manufacture of railway equipment and components.
We carry out continuous evaluations of the materials used; ease of ignition, the density and opacity of smoke emitted in a fire and its toxicity.

The TEXLA Project

The main objective of this project is to create fabrics with improved elasticity for technical applications in compliance with the technical requirements of the various regulations existing in each potential market.
