DIGITALISATION IN THE TEXTILE INDUSTRY IN THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY
DIGIVAL
Motivation
Digitalisation, also known as digital transformation, is the name given to the process of moving documents and processes into the digital world. Digital transformation directly affects production processes, the organisational structure of companies and business models. This in turn implies a major change in the activities carried out by employees and in the technological tools used in the company’s day-to-day operations.
The change entails the implementation of technology and digital tools that favour the automation and robotisation of work processes and management.
In a global world where business competition is increasingly intense, processes need to be more efficient and competitive to avoid being edged out of the market. This is where digital tools can help companies to improve their business and become more profitable and competitive.

R&D AREAS
NEWS
The aim of the AGROLOOP project is to apply AITEX’s know-how in the field of mechanical textile recycling to a sector that produces large quantities of homogeneous waste that is not being fully revalued
AITEX was present at the CITEVE iTechStyle Summit presenting the European project r-LightBioCom of which the center is the main coordinator.
The R+D+i area is constantly growing, adapting to market needs and generating new solutions for multiple application sectors.
