Presentation of the LEARNINGTEX Project massive open online course on textile quality control, with participation by AITEX.

AITEX provides an end-to end service to companies involved in public tendering calls by public bodies for textile procurement nationally and internationally. The Institute, in its role as an approved laboratory, performs QA testing to guarantee that the requirements of each call are met.

The president of AITEX, Rafael Pascual and the Director of the Alcoy Campus of the Universitat Politècnica de València, Juan Ignacio Torregrosa, presented the Awards for the Second Edition of the Home Textile Design and Development Competition organised by the AITEX Chair – UPV.

The WORTH Partnership Project presents the second call for ideas for the development of innovative products. This EU-backed initiative supports the fashion industry within Europe and the goal of WORTH is to encourage the development of innovative products with an emphasis on design.

The 12th Anecorm Congress will be held from 24 to 26 October in Seville. The motto of the upcoming edition is “Bridging the gap to advanced practices”.

AITEX coordinates the European LEARNINGTEX project, which aims to train operators, the unemployed and students in the use of Artificial Vision technology.
