AITEX’s role in ECOBALLIFE project will focus on the development of lighter, more comfortable and modular personal ballistic protection, including helmets.

The third call for proposals within the WORTH II partnership project, Europe’s largest incubation programme dedicated to creatives is now open for innovative projects ideas till 27 November 2023.

AITEX has brought together 25 experts from the defense sector from different European countries for the final meeting of “Circular Material for Textiles”, within the project “Incubation Forum for Circular Economy in European Defense” (IF CEED).

Through this R&D project, it is mainly intended to minimize this last fact, since embroidery technology will be used in the development of different smart textile solutions.

The aim of the AGROLOOP project is to apply AITEX’s know-how in the field of mechanical textile recycling to a sector that produces large quantities of homogeneous waste that is not being fully revalued

AITEX was present at the CITEVE iTechStyle Summit presenting the European project r-LightBioCom of which the center is the main coordinator.

The R+D+i area is constantly growing, adapting to market needs and generating new solutions for multiple application sectors.

Coordinated by the Spanish AITEX, the project promotes a paradigm shift from current linear to circular value chains for advanced, bio-based lightweight high-performance composites with significantly improved environmental performance.

AITEX works in research lines financed by IVACE that provide high-value solutions and tools to make companies more competitive.
