The OEKO-TEX® Complaint Mechanism is established to inform the OEKO-TEX® Secretariat about any compliance breaches of our company or our standards.

If you want to report any form of misconduct or compliance breaches regarding OEKO-TEX®, their standards and products as well as the labs members of the OEKO-TEX® Association, we encourage to use the complaint form on the OEKO-TEX® website.
